Exchange Policy – GRID GEAR

 


At GRID GEAR, your satisfaction is our priority. While we do not offer refunds under any circumstances, we do provide exchanges within 2 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met.

 


 

 

Eligibility Criteria for Exchange

 

 

  1. Defective or Incorrect Product

    If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you are eligible for an exchange. You must initiate the exchange process within 7 days of receiving your order and share clear images of the product as proof, if required.

  2. Unsatisfactory Product Experience

    If you’re not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving the item.

  3. Product Condition

    To qualify for an exchange:

     

    • The item must be unused.

    • It should be returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.

     

  4. Sale Items

    Only regular-priced items are eligible for exchange. Sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchange or refund.

 

 


 

 

How to Initiate an Exchange

 


To initiate an exchange, please email us at support@gridgear.in with:

 

  • Your order details

  • The reason for the exchange

  • Images of the product (if applicable)

 


Once we receive the required details, a member of our customer service team will respond within 2 working days with a resolution or next steps.

  • Shipping charges for exchanges may apply.
  • Exchange requests are subject to the availability of the desired product.
