  • Within Karnataka: Delivery within 2 working days

  • Other Southern States (Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Kerala, etc.): Delivery within 3 working days

  • All Other States in India: Delivery within 4–5 working days

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate when placing an order. GRID GEAR is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, any re-shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer.

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.
